That only gives the money side which is bad enough. . . the human side has another cost that is hard to calculate. . . We can't even fathom what the long term effects will be in human terms of the people who served and need lots of medical attention. . . and then we also have to remember that the emotional baggage will also have to be treated. I guess the Vietnam vets will have to move over under the bridges because the funding for vet health care is not there right now. How can we meet the needs in the future?
