57% of female students said being promiscuous is a way to fit in.

I think I fall somewhere in the middle in my opinion.
I am so happy I experienced a somewhat wild spring break in college. I didnt do anything really awful, but I had such a great liberating experience that was far from my reality... kinda like Las Vegas... what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas kind of thing. It helped me come out of my shell a bit.
On the other hand I have seen girls do totally awful things in public that they would never have done if not for the alcohol/drugs. In reality though I think these girls probably were doing pretty slutty things even before spring break.... just in not such a public way.
