It is deadly to be lonely

A new study has found that loneliness in people over 50 increases their risk of high blood pressure. The loneliest people studied had blood pressure readings as much as 30 points higher than those who weren't lonely. This suggests loneliness can be as bad for the heart as being overweight or inactive.

ya its true thre is sure a link for that with is such a problem faced by many of the peoples.
in my view this is all due to the materialism that is fast spreading all over the world, which makes us feel like we r losing something in the midway of our journey through the life.the most better suggestion for the people is to be calm n patient like a cow shitting without caring for others thats my motto.
